On September 17, 2021, I accompanied His Excellency the Ambassador to meet virtually via Zoom with HE Vath Chamroeun, Secretary General of the Olympic Committee of Cambodia to discuss the readiness and needs of Cambodia hosting the 2023 SEA Games.
